Lyka Labs has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year, with auditors issuing an unmodified opinion. Ms. Archana Yadav has been appointed as an Independent Woman Director, and Mr. Yogesh Shah re-appointed as Whole-time Director for three years, both pending shareholder approval. M/s. Rajaram M Walavalakar & Co. will serve as Cost Auditor for FY25 and FY26, and M/s. Kaushal Doshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, also subject to shareholder approval.
