Prakash Steelage Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Prakash Steelage has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a net profit of ₹35.06 Cr, up from ₹1.30 Cr last year. The board appointed M/s SK Jain & Co as secretarial auditors, M/s Luniya & Co as internal auditors, and M/s P.K. Patwa & Co as cost accountants for FY26, pending member approval. Mr. Himanshu Sethia resigned as Company Secretary, succeeded by Ms. Sakshi Dinesh Faganiya from June 3. Mr. Ashok M. Seth was re-appointed Whole Time Director for five years from December 29, 2025, subject to member nod. The company showed strong cash flow despite softer revenue.
