Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved its audited consolidated financial results for the year ended March 2025. Revenue rose to ₹3,148.52 Cr from ₹2,843.95 Cr, while profit after tax jumped to ₹506.44 Cr from ₹369.74 Cr. EPS improved to ₹10.13 versus ₹7.40 last year. The Board declared a higher final dividend of ₹1.20 per share (12%). Operating cash flow stayed strong at ₹452.7 Cr. The company remains focused on agrochemicals, sustaining healthy margins and solid financials.
