Magnum Ventures Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 26-05-2025: Issue of Securities

Magnum Ventures Limited has announced a board meeting and approved raising up to ₹400 Cr through issuance of secured, redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement in multiple tranches. Up to 40,000 NCDs worth ₹1 lakh each will be offered to Neo Special Credit Opportunities Fund and other pre-approved investors. The NCDs will be listed on NSE and BSE, with final terms like tenure and coupon decided after shareholder approval within a year. Proceeds will support the company’s financial requirements.
