Art Nirman Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting a sharp jump in net profit to Rs 77.39 lakh from Rs 11.79 lakh last year on revenues of Rs 2738.52 lakh. The company re-appointed D.K. Thakkar & Co. as Internal Auditor and brought in CS Yash Mehta as Secretarial Auditor for five years. Mrs. Ankita Jain joins as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. The audited numbers received a clean opinion from the auditor.
