Aurobindo Pharma has announced a board meeting on the approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit ₹31,723.7 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹3,483.6 Cr for the year. EPS stood at ₹59.81 (annualised). Major expenses included ₹10,736.8 Cr on materials and ₹4,475.6 Cr on employee costs. The company reported a net exceptional gain mainly from restructuring and settlements. Operating cash flow was robust at ₹3,924.6 Cr. The board also approved appointing MRR & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval.
