Helpage Finlease Ltd — Results, 26-05-2025: Result

Helpage Finlease has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. The Board approved the audited standalone results showing a net profit before tax of Rs. 2.07 Cr and an increase in authorized share capital from Rs. 11 Cr to Rs. 50 Cr, subject to shareholder approval. A capital raising plan up to Rs. 200 Cr in one or more tranches was also approved, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals. M/s JPKR & Company was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and CS Divya Rani was approved as Secretarial Auditor for five years, subject to shareholder consent. The auditor’s report was unmodified, confirming adequate internal controls and no pending litigation.
