Purity Flexpack Ltd — Updates, 26-05-2025: Company Update

Purity Flexpack Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The consolidated results show a strong turnaround with total income from operations at ₹23,591.88 lakh versus ₹22,066.86 lakh last year. Net profit after tax surged to ₹4,937.52 lakh from a loss of ₹1,608.66 lakh. Earnings per share improved significantly to ₹124.64 from a negative ₹42.66. On a standalone basis, however, the company reported a loss after tax of ₹1,108.19 lakh compared to ₹1,930.25 lakh previously. The company’s debt-equity ratio improved to 0.08 from 0.49, reflecting lower outstanding debt.
