Helpage Finlease has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025, reflecting a net profit before tax of Rs. 2.07 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 1.49 Cr. The Board approved increasing the authorized share capital from Rs. 11 Cr to Rs. 50 Cr, subject to shareholder approval, and proposed capital raising up to Rs. 200 Cr through multiple tranches. M/s JPKR & Company was appointed as the internal auditor and CS Divya Rani as secretarial auditor for five years, both subject to shareholders’ nod. The auditors issued an unmodified opinion, confirming effective internal financial controls and no material issues impacting financial position or compliance.
