Bajaj Healthcare Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bajaj Healthcare has announced a board meeting on May 26, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 560 Cr with a profit before tax of Rs. 46 Cr, led by continuing operations. A final dividend of 20% (Rs. 1 per share) is proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The board re-appointed V J Shah & Co. as Internal Auditors and V J Talati & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26. Mr. Haresh Sanghvi joins as Secretarial Auditor for the next five years.
