General Insurance Corporation of India — Dividend/Bonus, 26-05-2025: Record Date

General Insurance Corporation of India has announced a board meeting on September 5, 2025, fixed as the Record Date to identify shareholders eligible for the final dividend of Rs. 10 per share (200% on Rs. 5 face value) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
