Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs 139.18 Cr, up from Rs 82.55 Cr last year, with a profit after tax of Rs 12.04 Cr versus Rs 5.26 Cr previously. Earnings per share stood at Rs 12.35. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 150.03 Cr from Rs 97.39 Cr, with consolidated PAT at Rs 13.30 Cr compared to Rs 5.56 Cr, translating to a basic EPS of Rs 13.64. The audit report was unqualified. The company extended a corporate guarantee of Rs 9.5 Cr to its subsidiary Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems Pvt Ltd for working capital support from ICICI Bank. An interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share was also approved.
