Meson Valves India Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. The board approved audited standalone and consolidated results, increased remuneration for Executive Director & CEO Mr. Kishor Dhondu Makvan and other directors beyond managerial limits, subject to shareholder approval. Vijaya E Shahapurkar was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, and M/s. Nikunj Kanabar & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified opinion on the financials.
