Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Capacit’e Infraprojects has announced a board meeting on May 26, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated net profit surged to INR 203.77 Cr from INR 120.33 Cr, on a total income rise to INR 2349.51 Cr. Rahul Katyal was re-appointed Managing Director & CEO for five years from September 2025, subject to shareholder nod. The board also brought in M/s. M S K A & Associates as statutory auditors for five years and renewed secretarial and cost auditor mandates. They approved removing the common seal clause from the Articles, pending member approval.
