Vardhman Acrylics Limited — Others, 26-05-2025: Shareholders meeting

Vardhman Acrylics has announced a board meeting to seek shareholder approval via postal ballot for re-appointing Mr. Anil Kumar and Mr. Bhooshan Lal Uppal as Independent Directors for another three-year term. It also proposes allowing Mr. Anil Kumar to continue as a non-executive director beyond 75 years of age. Approval is being requested for related party transactions with Vardhman Textiles involving sales of acrylic fiber up to ₹185 Cr or 35% of turnover. Voting will be electronic, with results declared soon after.
