Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Mr. Rahul Katyal was re-appointed as Managing Director & CEO for five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. M S K A & Associates will take over as statutory auditors, replacing M/s. S R B C & Co. LLP, also pending shareholder consent. The board re-appointed M/s. Shreyans Jain & Co. as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. Y. R. Doshi & Associates as Cost Auditors. The Articles of Association will be amended to remove the common seal clause for smoother administration. Auditors gave a qualified opinion on trade receivables of ₹11.56 Cr, previously classified as bad debts, with management confident of recovery through legal proceedings.
