Profit before tax increased to ₹4.99 Cr versus ₹1.71 Cr the previous year, driven by improved operations despite higher finance costs. Earnings per share stand at ₹3.17 (standalone) and ₹3.47 (consolidated). A major fire affected part of the registered office’s building and assets post-year-end, but the company is adequately insured and no loss estimate is yet finalized.
