Paul Merchants Limited has announced a board meeting and approved further investment of up to Rs. 125 Crores in its wholly owned subsidiary, PML Realtors Pvt. Ltd., a real estate company active in property purchase and sale across India. This infusion will occur in one or more tranches over time at fair value as certified by a registered valuer. The subsidiary, incorporated in 2017, reported a turnover of Rs. 5.6 Cr for FY2024-25. The investment aims to support the subsidiary’s growth without altering the existing ownership stake or requiring regulatory approvals.
