Maharashtra Seamless has announced a board meeting on which it approved audited consolidated financial results for FY25. The company posted revenue of Rs. 5,268.67 Cr and net profit of Rs. 777.32 Cr, driven by strong Steel Pipes & Tubes performance. EBITDA remained solid. The Board proposed a 200% dividend (Rs. 10 per share) for FY25. R. J. Goel & Co. will serve as Cost Auditors for FY26. The qualified audit opinion relates to a joint venture’s financials. The 37th AGM is set for August 28, 2025.
