TruCap Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TruCap Finance has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The consolidated numbers show a net loss of Rs. 59.25 Cr, a sharp decline from last year’s Rs. 10.96 Cr profit. Revenue rose to Rs. 197.18 Cr, but impairment costs jumped to Rs. 51.70 Cr, weighing heavily on earnings. Depreciation and other expenses also increased. Net worth slipped to Rs. 162.14 Cr from Rs. 211.91 Cr. No dividend was declared, and plans for the slump sale of the gold loan business were dropped. Operating cash flows stayed positive despite the loss.
