PTC India has announced a board meeting on the financial results. Q4 PAT was ₹521.38 Cr with PBT at ₹608.01 Cr, boosted by a ₹521.63 Cr pre-tax gain from selling its renewable arm to ONGC Green. FY25 standalone operational income rose 17% to ₹718.06 Cr, with PAT at ₹854.78 Cr, helped by divestment gains of ₹457.39 Cr. Trading volumes increased 11% to 82.75 BUs, driven by short-term trades (66%) and stable margins at 3.37 paisa/unit. The Board declared a dividend of ₹11.70/share.
