Maharashtra Seamless reported FY25 standalone revenue of Rs. 5,265.90 Cr and net profit of Rs. 792.85 Cr, down from Rs. 974.93 Cr last year. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 5,268.67 Cr with net profit of Rs. 777.32 Cr. Audit notes losses and eroded net worth in its joint venture, Gondkhari Coal Mining Ltd. The Board declared a 200% dividend (Rs. 10/share) and appointed M/s R. J. Goel & Co. as cost auditors for FY26.
