Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Capacit’e Infraprojects has announced a board meeting on approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with a net profit of INR 52.09 Cr. The Board re-appointed Rahul Katyal as MD & CEO for five years from September 2025, pending shareholder approval. M/s. M S K A & Associates will replace the retiring auditors as statutory auditors for five years. Secretarial and Cost Auditors were also re-appointed. The company will amend its Articles of Association to remove the common seal clause for smoother administration.
