Centrum Capital Limited has announced a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval for issuing up to 7.01 crore convertible equity share warrants to a promoter group entity at Rs. 28.52 per warrant, aiming to raise around Rs. 200 Cr. The funds will support business expansion, prepay Rs. 140 Cr of debt, fund subsidiaries with Rs. 10 Cr, and cover general corporate expenses. The warrants are convertible into equity within 18 months, and the proceeds are expected to strengthen leverage and enhance financial flexibility for growth and working capital.
