TruCap Finance Limited — Updates, 26-05-2025: Press Release

TruCap Finance has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Marwadi Chandarana Group will acquire a 75% majority stake in TruCap via a ₹207 crore capital infusion and secondary share purchase, becoming the new promoter. This capital boost is expected to strengthen TruCap’s balance sheet and accelerate growth in Gold Loans, MSME loans, and EV financing across 117 branches in Tier 2-4 towns. TruCap has disbursed ₹5,550 crore since 2018, serving over 65,000 active borrowers.
