K.P. Energy Limited — Investor Meet, 26-05-2025: Analysts/Institutional Investor Meet/Con. Call Updates
KP Energy has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.
Consolidated revenue reached Rs.408.6 Cr in Q4 FY25, up 88% YoY, with FY25 revenue at Rs.958.5 Cr, a 97% increase. EBITDA grew 91% YoY to Rs.77.9 Cr in Q4 and doubled to Rs.196.1 Cr for FY25. PAT rose 84% in Q4 to Rs.45.8 Cr and 98% to Rs.115.3 Cr for the year. Order book is 2.26 GW with 1 GW installed capacity; IPP portfolio at 48.5 MW and O&M covering 546+ MW.
Management sees large growth potential in India’s wind sector and aims for 10 GW capacity, actively bidding for CTU projects with a likely 500 MW order by September 2025. Offshore wind plans are in early stages with execution partnerships. Margins faced slight pressure from a lower tariff project but remain stable overall. Confident in sustaining 60-70% revenue growth with a strong ~3.5 GW pipeline and easing grid challenges.
KP Energy’s strong growth, sizable order book, and strategic offshore entry position it well in the evolving wind energy sector.
