Venus Remedies Limited — Board Meeting, 26-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Venus Remedies has announced a board meeting on 26th May 2025 approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The group posted revenue of Rs 847.89 Cr and a profit after tax of Rs 45.32 Cr for the year, with EBITDA at Rs 95.85 Cr. An exceptional charge of Rs 9.91 Cr was recorded due to the write-off of a long-standing FCCB liability (USD 4.59 mn). The board also reappointed Mr. Pawan Chaudhary as MD and Mr. Peeyush Jain as Deputy MD for five years, pending shareholder approval, and finalized audit appointments for FY26.
