Supershakti Metaliks Ltd — Updates, 26-05-2025: Company Update

Supershakti Metaliks Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year as well as the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The company reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 731.41 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 13.01 Cr for the year. It declared a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (5%). The company invested Rs. 9.09 Cr in Giridhan Metal Private Limited during the year, acquiring significant influence and classifying it as an associate from March 22, 2025. The consolidated net profit was Rs. 12.90 Cr, including Rs. 0.47 Cr share of profit from the associate. Singhi & Co. issued an unmodified audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. M/s M&A Associates were appointed as secretarial auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26.
