Systango Technologies has announced a board meeting on approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue jumped to Rs 67.14 Cr from Rs 56.57 Cr year-on-year, while net profit surged to Rs 23.73 Cr versus Rs 16.92 Cr earlier. EPS climbed to Rs 16.18 from Rs 11.53. Operating cash flow improved sharply to Rs 17.62 Cr, supported by strong liquidity with cash balances at Rs 20.21 Cr. The company is boosting investments in intangible assets but hasn’t declared any dividend or fresh corporate moves.
