TruCap Finance Limited — Important, 26-05-2025: General Updates

TruCap Finance has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Marwadi Chandarana Group will infuse INR 207 Cr, becoming the new promoter. Net interest margin rose to 7.0%, led by Lending-as-a-Service and green energy loans. Profitability was hit by INR 46 Cr provisions and INR 21 Cr impairment on tech investments. The loan book declined due to cautious MSME lending, but capital adequacy is set to exceed 50% after the capital infusion.
