Kerala Ayurveda Ltd has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The audited results show a loss after tax of Rs. 13.77 Cr (standalone) and Rs. 15.39 Cr (consolidated). The company identified prior period errors and restated previous financials, reflecting adjustments in lease accounting, inventory write-down, foreign exchange on loans and receivables, and impairment of investments. A qualified audit opinion was issued due to non-availability of confirmation for a bank balance of Rs. 3.85 lakhs, which management says will be regularized. The board appointed Ms. Priyanka Gangwar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Mr. Alphonse Scaria as Internal Auditor, and re-appointed G. Joseph & Associates as Tax Auditor. The ESOP pool size is proposed to be increased, pending shareholder approval at an upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
