Bits Limited has announced a board meeting on 26th May 2025 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Net profit before and after tax stood at Rs. 21.20 lakh, compared to Rs. 13.67 lakh last year. Total comprehensive income was Rs. 23.16 lakh versus Rs. 241.22 lakh previously. Earnings per share (face value Rs. 2 each) were 0.0207 basic and diluted, higher than the previous year’s figures. The company operates in a single segment.
