Exicom reported stable domestic EV charger revenue (~Rs. 55 Cr) in Q4, with volume growth offset by pricing pressures. Critical Power revenue jumped 88% sequentially, backed by a strong Rs. 1,500 Cr order book across three years and expanding exports. Tritium acquisition added ~Rs. 50 Cr revenue, introducing Tri-Flex and progressing US/Europe contracts, though profitability may lag. Standalone revenue rose to Rs. 212 Cr but declined YoY; consolidated gross margins improved, while EBITDA was weighed down by start-up costs. Management expects 50% standalone revenue growth and multi-fold EBITDA increase in FY26, maintaining a cautiously optimistic profit outlook supported by robust order inflows and recent funding.
