Pyramid Technoplast Limited — Board Meeting, 27-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Pyramid Technoplast has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Revenue grew to Rs. 591.34 Cr from Rs. 532.42 Cr last year, while net profit slipped to Rs. 26.67 Cr against Rs. 29.34 Cr previously. A final dividend of Re. 0.50 per share (5%) for FY25 was approved, subject to shareholder nod. The board also approved appointing M/s RA GALA & ASSOCIATES as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY26, pending AGM approval. Operational momentum remains strong amid business expansion.
