Info Edge (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 27-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Info Edge has announced a board meeting on May 27, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Standalone billings surged 19% YoY to Rs 984 Cr in Q4, led by 18.4% recruitment growth and strong performances from 99acres, Jeevansathi, and Shiksha. Operating profit hit Rs 231.5 Cr with a 33.7% margin, while cash from operations grew 15% YoY to Rs 536 Cr. The board approved a final dividend of Rs 3.60 per share (post stock split). Progress on merger plans involving subsidiaries was also confirmed.
