Info Edge (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 27-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Info Edge has announced a board meeting on May 27, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone billings climbed 19% YoY to Rs 984 crore, led by recruitment (+18.4%) and strong growth across 99acres (+22%), Jeevansathi (+24%), and Shiksha (+16%). Operating profit reached Rs 231 crore with a 33.7% margin. Cash from operations grew 15% YoY to Rs 536 crore in Q4FY25. A final dividend of Rs 3.60 per share has been declared. Cash reserves remain solid at Rs 4,786 crore. Employee count rose to 6,065. A strategic merger with subsidiaries is in progress.
