Indian Terrain Fashions Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 27-05-2025: Conversion

Indian Terrain has announced a board meeting and approved converting all 49.48 lakh warrants into equity shares at Rs. 50.52 each, raising Rs. 25 Cr from non-promoter investors. Post-conversion, the paid-up share capital stands at Rs. 10.13 Cr with 5.07 crore shares outstanding. The shares were allotted to three investors, including two individuals (one NRI) and one corporate, boosting the company’s equity without diluting promoter holdings.
