Bondada Engineering Ltd — Updates, 27-05-2025: Company Update

Bondada Engineering Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has secured a significant Letter of Award from Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited to set up a 100 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (50MW x 2 hrs) near Shankarpally, Telangana, under a Build Own Operate model. The contract is valued at Rs. 204.20 Cr (including GST) for 12 years, to be executed within 18 months of the Power Purchase Agreement. This marks Bondada’s entry into the growing BESS business, aligning with its Vision-2030 and boosting its position in advanced energy solutions.
