TTK Prestige Limited — Board Meeting, 27-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

TTK Prestige has announced a board meeting on May 27, 2025, approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose modestly to Rs 2,714.78 Cr. Profit before tax dropped to Rs 174.58 Cr, weighed down by a Rs 71.42 Cr impairment related to UK operations. Net profit after tax came in at Rs 108.01 Cr, down from last year. The Board declared a strong dividend of Rs 6 per share (600%). Mr. T T Jagannathan retires as Non-Executive Promoter Director but remains Chairman Emeritus. Jayanthi Hari appointed Cost Auditor for FY26.
