Shriram Properties has announced a board meeting on its resilient FY25 results with revenues of Rs. 973 Cr and net profit of Rs. 77 Cr. Sales volume was 4.3 msf despite launch delays. Completed 9 projects (~4.2 msf) with record handovers of 3,150+ homes boosting Q4 revenues. Collections rose 7% YoY to Rs. 1,484 Cr. Net debt fell 26% to Rs. 326 Cr, lowering debt-equity to 0.24x. Free cash flow before new investments increased to Rs. 273 Cr. Strong execution and pipeline support growth prospects for FY26.
