Fairchem Organics Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 27-05-2025: Record Date

Fairchem Organics has announced a board meeting on August 4, 2025, setting the record date to identify shareholders eligible for a proposed dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share (75%), pending approval at the AGM on August 11. The register of members will be closed from August 5 to 11 for the dividend process. The board also approved re-appointments of three independent directors and proposed retaining B S R & Co.
