TTK Prestige has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated results for the year ended with consolidated revenue of ₹2,714.78 Cr and standalone revenue of ₹2,530.32 Cr. Profit before tax after exceptional items was ₹174.58 Cr consolidated and ₹232.11 Cr standalone. Impairment charges related to UK operations stood at ₹71.42 Cr consolidated and ₹32.26 Cr standalone. The Board proposed a dividend of ₹6 per share (600%). Founder Director T. T. Jagannathan will retire but remain as Chairman Emeritus. Jayanthi Hari was appointed Cost Auditor for FY26.
