Info Edge has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Standalone billings rose 19% YoY to Rs. 984 Cr in Q4FY25, led by 18.4% recruitment growth and strong gains in 99acres (+21.9%), Jeevansathi (+23.9%), and Shiksha (+15.9%). Operating margin held at 33.7%, with operating cash flow up 15% YoY and a strong standalone cash balance of Rs. 4,786 Cr. 99acres turned cash positive annually, while Jeevansathi cut losses by 76%. Consolidated PBT (ex-exceptionals) nearly doubled YoY to Rs. 716 Cr, reflecting robust portfolio diversification and cash profitability improvements.
