TTK Prestige Limited — Others, 27-05-2025: Appointment

TTK Prestige has announced a board meeting on which approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue of Rs 2,530.32 Cr and consolidated revenue of Rs 2,714.78 Cr for the year. Exceptional impairment charges of Rs 32.26 Cr (standalone) and Rs 71.42 Cr (consolidated) were due to geopolitical issues affecting UK operations. Standalone profit after tax declined to Rs 162.68 Cr from Rs 238.81 Cr, while consolidated PAT dropped to Rs 108.01 Cr from Rs 225.33 Cr. The board proposed a dividend of Rs 6 per share. Mr. T T Jagannathan retires as Non-Executive Promoter Director but remains Chairman Emeritus. Ms. Jayanthi Hari is appointed Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26. The auditors gave unmodified opinions on the audited results.
