Fairchem Organics Limited — Important, 27-05-2025: Updates

Fairchem Organics has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved audited FY25 results with a clean audit opinion. A dividend of Rs. 7.50 per share (75%) has been proposed. Independent directors Venkatraman Srinivasan, Darius Pandole, and Sonal Ambani are set for re-appointment for another five-year term. B S R & Co. LLP and M/s Parikh Dave & Associates continue as statutory and secretarial auditors, respectively, for the next five years.
