Abate AS Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The meeting will consider changes in directorship, including redesignating Mr. Pattassery Alavi Haji as Non-executive Director, Mr. Ali Thonikkadavath as Independent Director (subject to shareholder approval), and appointing three additional Independent Directors: Mr. Rishin Rasheed, Mr. Ambramoli Purushothaman, and Mr. Sivadas Chettoor. Continuation of Mr. Mohammed Kutty Arikuzhiyil as director post-75 years will also be discussed. Appointments of M/s. Sasi Vijayan & Rajan as Internal Auditor and M/s.
