NGL Fine-Chem Limited — Important, 27-05-2025: Updates

NGL Fine-Chem reported consolidated revenue of ₹360.05 Cr and standalone revenue of ₹359.29 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, with profit before tax at ₹27.71 Cr consolidated and ₹23.88 Cr standalone. A final dividend of ₹1.75 per share is proposed.
