IPO proceeds of Rs. 16.56 Cr were mainly used for plant expansion, working capital, and corporate purposes, with Rs. 1.44 Cr still unutilized. The company added two subsidiaries and appointed four employees to senior management, while cash balances increased to Rs. 8.85 Cr.
