The Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. May 27, 2025, based on the recommendations of 

the Audit Committee, approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 

31, 2025

.

In this regard, please find enclosed the following:  

1. The audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2025, reviewed 

by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors, today i.e. May 27, 2025, 

pursuant to regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. 

2. The audit reports of M/S KPSJ & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants and the Statutory Auditors of 

the Company certifying the audit of the standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended on 

March 31, 2025, pursuant to regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. 

Pursuant to the SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016, we hereby declare that 

the M/S KPSJ & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants and the Statutory Auditors have submitted their 

audit reports (both standalone and consolidated) for the year ended on March 31, 2025, with an 

unmodified opinion. 

3. The Trading Window under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed 

until Thursday, May 29, 2025, and shall re‐open for trading for all Directors and Designated Persons on 

and from Friday, May 30, 2025. 

4. The financial results and audit reports will also be available on the website of the Company at
