On recommendation of Audit Committee of the Company, the Board has approved the Appointment of M/s. Gupta Gulshan & Associates, Company Secretaries (M. No.FCS: 5576, C.P. No. : 3925) as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for 5 consecutive yearscommencing from the Financial Year 2025-26 till Financial Year 2029-30, subject to the approvalof shareholders at the ensuing AGM.
